I can't believe it!! Sam hurt himself again! He was jumping on the trampoline, did a front flip and hit the metal bar with his little mouth. He had three significant cuts and I knew that they needed to be stitched up. Yikes. Two were inside of his mouth and the other was acrossed his lip. When the doctor saw it, he wanted to send Sam to a plastic surgeon but then decided that he would do it himself. He wanted to stitch it without any numbing medicine because it tends to puff up the skin and so he numbed it with an ice cube. Sam did not like it, not one little bit...it hurt! He got 4 stitces without any numbing, he was so brave. We came back home and guess what? The stitches popped loose and Sam had to go back to the E.R. to get more stitches. What a sad day!!
